Review by Tombo in Ventura for Leecraft CR-2 Sears Older 10-Inch Belt-drive Zero Clearance Table Saw Insert Rating: The Leecraft inserts are extremely well-made, fit like a glove and work wonderfully. I couldn't be happier.

The phenolic material is perfectly flat and quite stiff and strong, so it won't flex when you pass small parts over the insert. The Leecraft has screws that provide a very tight fit both laterally as well as fore/aft.

The other brand (soft plastic, like maybe UHMW) has none of these features.

This is a good product from a good company. You can't go wrong with it.

Review by Louis R. Slamka for Leecraft CR-2 Sears Older 10-Inch Belt-drive Zero Clearance Table Saw Insert Rating: for years I had labored with my original insert for my old craftsman saw. The old piece was an aluminum insert with a funky lever action to hold it on the table, .. it was bent and cracked and difficult to work with as it bound on the stock.

It seemed like everywhere I looked I could not find an insert to fit this. There were no part numbers on the saw and the sears outlet was useless in identifying a replacement part. Finally I got in touch with the owner of leecraft, and based on my measurements and the description he was able to tell me which one of his inserts was the right one. It fit perfectly, looks to be very rugged and well made, and has made my saw cut true like new again.

In case you are like me, with an "older" craftsman saw that you can't find an insert for, here are the dimensions of the leecraft insert:

14-3/8" x 3-3/4" x 3/16" deep opening
